10CRIC Loyalty Club T&Cs

1. 10CRIC Loyalty Club is the loyalty program of 10CRIC. The loyalty program membership entitles the members (10CRIC registered players) the right to earn benefits in the form of Loyalty Points, which can be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the program.
2. All registered players (Players), who created their 10CRIC account before the launch of 10CRIC’s Loyalty Club, will join the loyalty program automatically with their first wager.
3. Once the Players start betting on sports (minimum required odds of 1.20), or playing casino or other games available on 10CRIC’s website, they automatically start earning experience points (XP) and crics. In addition, Players can collect Loyalty Points while playing with bonus funds, excluding free spins.
4. XP and crics are earned at an equal rate as per the table below:

   *еSports bets placed via provider QTech Games/Oddin will not contribute towards 10CRIC’s loyalty program (10CRIC Loyalty Club) and will not generate loyalty experience points and crics.

5. The maximum number of points that can be won from a one single bet on sports or casino are 2,000.
6. All the necessary information about the gained XP and crics is available to the Player in My Profile/Account section. The Player's loyalty tier will be determined by the amount of XP they earned and the crics can be exchanged for rewards at the Marketplace. The Player can choose between various rewards of different types: Cash, Free Spins, Free Bets, Sports, and Casino Bonuses, which will result in real-money winnings. 10CRIC reserves the right to change the value of the rewards and/or convert Player’s Loyalty Points to a reward of another type and/or value.
7. The earned XP and crics will remain available to the Player and will not expire if there is no activity in Player’s account.
8. The crics the Player accumulated have no monetary value and may only be exchanged at the Marketplace for the available rewards, such as: Cash, Free Spins, Free Bets, Sports, and Casino Bonuses. Each reward at the Marketplace is linked to a reward description that provides the terms for wagering this reward. XP points do not have a monetary value as well and cannot be used in the marketplace. Their sole purpose is to determine the Player's tier in the loyalty program.
9. 10CRIC reserves the right to eliminate awards and suspend or terminate Player’s account in cases where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected. This shall include, but is not limited to: bonus abusing, holding more than one account, two tier betting, using a VPN or masking IP address.
10. 10CRIC reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

Mission Terms and Conditions

1. Missions are intended for Players who are Members of 10CRIC’s Loyalty Club.
2. The available missions for each account will be displayed under Loyalty Dashboard > My Missions, Menu > My Missions, or Promo Hub > My Missions.
3. Participation in the Missions is optional. To ensure participation in a Mission, the Player will need to click on the ‘Start Mission’ button.
4. For a Mission to be considered as completed and the reward to be credited accordingly, all Mission's conditions must be met within the specified period.
5. In order to complete a Mission, the Players need to meet the requirements described in ‘View details’ - Terms and Conditions.
6. Shortly after the completion of the Mission Players need to collect their reward from the Loyalty Dashboard > My Missions by clicking on the ‘Collect reward’ button.
7. These T&Cs are subject to the General 10CRIC Terms & Conditions and the 10CRIC General Promotion Terms.
